Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Holyhead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Holyhead and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the United Kingdom, and be accessing our services for personal use only. You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not meet our clinical criteria.
Weight loss prescriptions are only issued where clinically appropriate. Our pharmacist or prescriber will assess your suitability based on your health information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious matter and may result in harm to your health and the termination of your account.
All prescription medications are dispensed only following a clinical review and approval by a qualified prescriber or pharmacist. No prescription will be issued automatically. We do not accept prescriptions from other providers unless specifically agreed in advance.
Prescriptions are issued at our clinical discretion and may be refused or discontinued at any time if we determine it is not in your best clinical interest. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken prior to dispensing. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet postal service to your registered UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held liable for medications lost or damaged after successful delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund under UK medicines regulations, as medications cannot be returned to stock once dispensed.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, a full refund will be issued. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
